Recommendations Audio Spectrum Analysis Software?

Am looking for audio spectrum analysis software recommendations (either audacity plugin or standalone).
Found Raven Lite and Pro

You'll have to increase the Audacity-spectrogram window-size from the default setting to match the high-resolution of "Raven Viewer", ( settings are in

spectrograms) ...

Real time? Audacity doesn't do any effects or tools in real time. Koz
