Recording at home

Post by trs » Sun Apr 01, 2012 8:34 pm

Hi,

I am recording at home with audacity and C-1U mic.
I want to reduce the noise that I get in vocal recordings, which are done in regular rooms. Is there any plug in?
How to use it?

Do you mean the echoes that sound like you're recording in a bathroom and the noise from your computer, air conditioners and other appliances?

No. Echoes are permanent and some noises you can hide in software, but the tools for that always make your voice sound a little strange. You need to do everything possible to make your recording room quiet.

This is a discussion thread from someone struggling with a refrigerator and computer in the same room with him.
