I love Audacity but do not have enough knowledge to leverage all of the Audacity effects to improve the audio of a recorded webinar which is either a phone call or VOIP recording.
I do know how to remove noise, normalize, etc. But how do you take a recording like the one attached and improve how it sounds using equalization and other tools in Audacity?
Any guidance or a step by step method would be greatly appreciated.

We didn't get attached sound. Is there a web address where we can listen? You can't attach a very big file to the forum -- maybe up to five seconds.
