hello,

I have grabbed for an internet website a sound but sound seems bad, how to downgrade to stay on the same level these 2 sounds ?

You have several problems with those cuts.

First, I would convert my timeline to dB so all the tools are operating in the same standard.

Black arrows on the left > Waverform (dB)

Then grab the bottom of the timeline and pull down so you can see what you're doing.

And last, the level problem and the DC problem should respond to

Edit > Select > All
Effect > Normalize
Normalize to -3 and Remove DC which is the default for Audacity 1.2

That dB thing is less important than getting the other tools to work. Can you find the "Normalize" tool and make it work?
