Mangement of Recorded tracks

Can anyone help I have a large collection of 45's that I have recorded but how do I file them re under artist/song/year so that i can find a particular song quickly to play.

I would recommend filing them in a piece of "jukebox" software - iTunes or RealPlayer (both downloadable free) will do the job - and there are others.
