Is there any programs that can do this that are not Web Applications?. I have to make a movie file, I know iMovie was easy for this... though I don't know why Movie Maker is not compatible with my custom made mp3's...

Neither do I ...

The accepted formats for import are .WMV/.ASF, .MPG (MPEG-1), .AVI (DV-AVI), .WMA, .WAV, and .MP3.

Hey, I figured it out earlier today all you got to do is drag either a video or photo in first.. then thats when you drag the mp3 file or whatever in and it works like a charm. It took some trouble shooting lol. Also I had problems figuring out how to cut songs out of a whole song.. like partial clips and you have to press "Stop" and not "Pause" for any edit feature to work. Just thought I'd add that for google searchers. Thanks for the kind comment.
