I have been using the Remove Noise effect and every time that I use the effect my sound becomes what a horrible quality, I dont know why. In addition, the EQ does not work properly cause when I used it my track become equalized and with a Fade In in the few seconds of it. Take a look at this features, thx.

The built in effects for equalisation and noise removal work fine in current versions of Audacity (when used correctly).
They are not VST effects.
