I would like to add a "Slow Down Music" feature that doesn't change the pitch. Is this available? I have Wndows XP Pro.

There is a "Change Tempo" feature in the Effects menu that will change the speed and not the pitch. Be aware that if you slow the tempo too much, it will sound pretty nasty.
