need help with bitrate

need help with bitrate

When I go under edit and properties I don't see the option for bitrate everyone is talking about. I have version 1.3.11...so what's wrong? I need to change the bitrate from 128 to 96 so I can up load my podcasts...


please help...

You can save a version at a different bitrate when you "export" (save as type Mp3 files) ... http://forum.audacityteam.org/viewtopic ... 61&p=75590
