Hi everybody,
newbie to Audacity, and my question: I have a recording with a vocal (speech) and it sounds like the person is speaking over a helicopter-mic, like the voice is vibrating, is there a way a I can remove/filter this without distorting the actual voice to much?

Attached is the audio from Diagonal's video (mp3 in zip file).
It sounds like ring modulation ( like a Dalek).
Possibly you are using the wrong codec to decode the video which is causing this audio effect.

Yes the voice is vibrating. No I don't think it can be fixed.
