Getting the VST Bridge to Find my VST's

Post by Vaine Dragon » Sun Aug 12, 2007 8:28 am

I have the VST Bridge installed, except none of the Registry paths exist? I use Cakewalk Sonar 6.2 PE and the VST path is different than specified.

Can someone help me make this work, I have a ton of cool VST's that came with Sonar that I would like to use with Audacity.

The current version of Audacity is 2.0.4.
VST bridge was for Audacity 1.2.x and should not be used with the current version of Audacity.
Audacity does not support all VSTs. In particular VSTi (VST instruments) are not supported.
See here for information about using VST effects with Audacity: http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/FAQ: ... st_install
