processing live stream for noise

I’m working on a project that records live streams in natural settings for people to listen to online. We’re looking for a way to reduce human-made sounds in our live streams. This could mean anything from A/C units to human voice. We also are looking at ways to reduce other hum/hiss/wind noise in post processing. I’m hoping forum members could suggest filtering techniques, using Audacity to process live audio on a server, or any other suggestion or tips. Any and all help/feedback is welcome! Thanks so much.

Audacity does not do “live”: it’s all post-production.

There is impressive live software which will exclude everything but speech …

but it requires powerful hardware.
