Edit Volume on Voice Interview

Hi Guys,

This is my first post here...sorry if this has already
been answered here on the forum somewhere.

I have an audio interview. It is in mp3 format.

The volume between the 2 are different in volume.

Is there a way to automatically bring up the volume on
the guy that has a lower volume level?

I basically want the volume the same across the whole interview.

I am using beta 1.3.8
