Records one track with M audio soundcard

HI,
Ive just bough an m audio sound usb sound card and when recording it only seems to record one track(the left).

I have adjust all I/O settings at seems fine. If I record through the line in on computer it works fine. I just cant seem to get it to record in stereo through the usb.
My monitors coming out of the soundcard is coming out in stereo.

Is there any easy fix Im using Vista.

I have installed all the drivers required for the m audio site and it device is recognized in the I/O

It plays back in stereo through the usb too.

Check in the audio devices section of the Windows Control Panel. There may be an option to set the number of input channels.
