Ultimate Ears 200vi

Hey Everyone,
I didn't know where to place my question, but I believe you folks would be the right kind of people to assist me. I was recently given the Logitech Ultimate Ears 200vi to replace a headset I had purchased a while back. The headset includes noise isolating microphone, however, since it was designed to work with an iPhone it combines both the microphone and headset capabilities in one stereo-out male plug.Can you recommend a converter where I can split the playback and recording into two male plugs to go into my computer?
