i have recentaly purchesed 2 gemini cdj 600's and a gemini ps-121x mixer i am having trouble recording using audacity it recoreds but when i have the playback on at the same time i have about a 1 second delay i was wondering if there is something i am doing wrong with audacity or if there is settings i have not got right

If you are listening with Software Playthrough there is nothing you can do about that delay. Instead listen to the output of the mixer and turn off software playthrough.
