Not seen this one before, but it's on the PCWorld top 100 free applications list for 2010.

MP3 Skype Recorder v.1.9.0

What they say:
Main features of MP3 Skype Recorder:

* It's absolutely free with no limits attached.
* Automatic or manual recording capabilities.
* Compact format of stored records (mp3 files).
* May be used to record P2P, SkypeOut calls and calls made to Online number .
* Capable to track simultaneous calls and to save them separately.
* Easy integration with Skype Conference recording.
* Intuitive easy to use interface.

This is a Windows program (XP, 2000, Vista)
I've not tried the program, but from what I've read it looked like it was worth a mention.
Any Windows/Skype users want to review it?

How do I set up VOIP for a call center? I would like to set up a VOIP call center. We have our own CRM and I am familiar with Vonage. Vonage is too small for our needs. Can vonage integrate to a PBX? Does anyone know a low cost solution, scalable and easy to install.

Asterisk? It's free software and widely used in production systems: http://www.asterisk.org/
Include as much details as you can in your post (Audacity version, Operating System, Equipment used, etc).
Please post your question in the appropriate forum (regarding audacity version and operating system).
