I am trying to export a file as multiple MP3 files - can successfully export 2 tracks but fails at third with a a message 'Unable to open target file for writing' any ideas? I can export the whole file as a single MP3 file

You're probably using a special character in the file-name/track-name (of the third track ...). Try sticking to alpha-numeric and underscore.
