Nothing in Drop Down menu of mixer

Nothing in Drop Down menu of mixer

I want to record sound in the computer (not using microphone) and have read and done everything I need to (Vista). Enabled all in control panel - sound-recording- show disabled devices. But still nothing appears in the drop down menu. Help please
