Hi
I have been recording music from my Vinyls onto my computer using Audacity and it's been fine so far - all the music has been popular music - bands and the like. I have just started recording my classical music now, but when I play it back from the computer (once it has been recorded) it plays back really quiet, and so some parts of the music cant be heard - especially solo parts. Can anyone help me fix this? Someone I spoke to said it might need to be 'Re-calibrated' but he didnt know how to do this, and neither do I or if it would make a different ...
Please help
Thanks!

Re: Help Recording Classical music from Vinyl
If the recordings are really low, you may need to bring up the volume in either Audacity, or the Windows/Mac control panels.
