I'm trying to install and use the Griffin Imic and Audacity (which came with it) on my Windows XP laptop. I've succesfully installed the Imic and configured it in the Control Panel. But I'm not seeing it appear as a recording or playback device in the drop downs in the Preferences of the Audacity software, and I don't think I can go forward without being able to select it. The only devices that are appearing are my sound card, a bluetooth device and a mapping device.
Can anyone assist?
