Making a cd

Help we are idiots let loose with a computer! We want to record from audacity on to a cd what do we have to do? Please talk us through in very basic language as we do not understand technical jarrgon. We have already downloaded audacity on to our computer and have managed to record some tracks of my jazz band.Thanks. :roll:
