Echo Rap song help

Well im making a remix to 'its nothing by wiz khalifa' in the song it has and echo at the background which i cant figure out how to do someone help please.

Make a duplicate of your vocal track and shift it to the right a bit using the
Time Shift Tool.
You will need to reduce the level of the duplicate track and you may want to Eq (Equalization) it differently from the main vocal.
