How record from Line 6 POD and Comp mic?

How record from Line 6 POD and Comp mic?

I want to be able to use windows live movie maker for video but my laptop has a mic also. I want to be able to talk on it and give instructional lessons. I run my Pod HD 500 with my guitar as mic but I also would like to use my built in mic on my laptop. How can i do both?
