yes i record a cass tape and i have noise all thur the recording can i get some help thanks

If it is low level "tape hiss" you could try the Noise Removal effect.

You probably can't get "all the noise out of the recording" (without also destroying the recording) and this is why people go to great lengths to avoid noise in their recordings.
