GOOD QUALITY RECORDING

Audacity 1.2.6 - How do you get good quality songs? Completely duplicate the sound level + Quality?

Settings? Recording type? (i.e. Stereo Mix)

Any and all tips on perfect recording helps, thx

I can't tell from the question what you're trying to record. Live voice or musical performance?

If you're trying to record a live performance, Audacity preference settings are almost irrelevant compared to microphone type and setup, room noise, micpre setup and adjustment, etc. etc.

Give us a hint.
