Sample looping/Sequencing

Hello. I was wondering if there was a more efficient way to loop a sample (imported audio file) in Audcaity, besides copying/pasting a sample over and over again, having to match each occurrence with the beat? Perhaps there's a plug-in out there or something?

What I've done in the past is used the Echo tool and set it so that there was no decay, but there is a slight gradual decay, anyway.

Any Ideas?

Wow... there's a "Repeat" effect now? Is this new in 1.2.6.?
