Adding music background to voice over

I am very new at using Audacity. I think I have the audio recording down pretty good...but now I want to add music so I can submit some demos. #1 How do I add music behind audio recording . If you respond...keep in mind you are talking to a rookie! THanks!

This is supposed to be royalty-free stuff you can use.

This isn't really the place for this kind of question. You need someone with experience in the music industry to answer question 1 or a lawyer to answer question 2.
