recording vinyl

All I want to know is the simplest way of recording my vinyl LPs but I find the instructions in Help and in the manual pretty incomprehensible. I recorded one side of an album and one side of a second album without a problem, but when I saved them and played them back, they played at the same time, one on top of the other! How do I record my LPs in a continuous session without one recording on top of the other? Do I have to save each side and then start over with the second side or another album? I can't find anything in the instructions about this. Seem to be written for experts and I am certainly not one. I would very much appreciate some help in plain English. Thanks.

Simply press the Pause button at the end of side one - flip the LP and then press Pause again to re-start recording.
