Recording music from your music library

Hi Folks. I appreciate any help you can give me.
I am recording a 30 minute radio program and I want to have about 20 sec of music at the beginning and at the end of the show. Is there a way to use music that is already loaded into the library on my laptop? I have Win7 and the music is on an album in the Windows Music Player.
