Downloading from a cell phone

HELP!!! My daughter had to inverview me with her cell phone and has to record it onto Audacity. I downloaded it and have no clue how to record. Thanks
You're looking at a bunch of volunteers trying to give one or two sentence answers to brief questions from semi-experienced users. I don't know that any of us is up to a class.

Because of where you posted, we don't even know which kind of computer or version of Audacity you have. This could take weeks.
