Copy and Paste Tracks

I want to stack my vocals so I copy and paste the same track three times, but in audacity if you recorded in the middle of the track and try to copy and paste it will put the track to the beginning of the recording. I know there is a move tool and it takes time to get it precise and aligned with the other tracks, but is there a simpler way to get the tracks aligned together?

Upgrade to Audacity 1.3.7
