PortAudio CodeBlocks win

Can you guys help me to add a portaudio library to CodeBlocks, please? I have windows 7 ultimate x64.
I don't think that any of the developers use CodeBlocks. As far as I'm aware, on Windows they all use Microsoft Visual Studio.
