Importing a song from iTunes

Post by Jennf17 » Thu Aug 04, 2011 4:14 pm

Im trying to simply import a song from iTunes and when I follow the instructions and drag over the original file, into audicity, it accepts the song fine. But my problem is that the song does not play.
It only plays a short speed up version of the song thats about 2 seconds long. I dont know what the problem is. Can anyone offer any suggestion or help?

On a side note Iv dragged in different small ques into Audicity to add into my music and they all seem to play at regular tempo and just fine, but the songs dont.

Thanks in advance.

Which version of Audacity are you using?
(recommended is Audacity 1.3.13, and install FFMpeg to provide Audacity with additional file type support)

This is in the wrong forum. Please state your operating system (e. g. Windows 7 SP1, XP SP3, Mac, Linux etc.). After you do so, one of the kind forum elves will probably move this to the proper forum so it will get better attention and, if solved, will be more available to others with similar problems.

This forum is for questions about writing C++ code which deals with audio.
