Fusion with VLMC project

New project VLMC - VideoLan Movie Creator has been started at http://vlmc.org/. Fusion of Audacity with VLMC would bring more possibilities for both projects. Now it is great time because VLMC has no stable version, thus can be adapted for Audacity as a sound processor.
