Timecode entry instead of seconds.

Timecode entry instead of seconds.

Would be so much easier to enter time adjustments in timecode format instead of having to convert to seconds. If you need to change the runtime of a file from 1:38:06 to 1:57:40 it would be nice to be able to simply enter 1:57:40 instead of 7060 seconds.

Would also be nice if when stretching to 7060 seconds the output wouldn't come out 6 seconds too long at 1:57:46

As I wrote there, the correct tool for the job is most probably the "Change Speed" effect (http://manual.audacityteam.org/man/change_speed.html) and that does have the ability to to simply enter 1:57:40, and the resulting length is very accurate.
