Changing hold time after having begun recordeing

Post by hotohoto » Fri Jan 24, 2020 1:54 pm

About audacity 2.2.1. on natureOS on MInt Ubuntu 64bit
If someone knows, please tell me.

About the recording starting function by the sound pressure level in decibel.
A question and a request.

Outline:
Beginning to record by peak sound pressure.

Good point:
recording start when a peak is sensed. It's good for me.

Problem:
Difficult to use for me.

Reason:
I can't recording hold time after having begun recording.
I feel "The time is short."

The symptom:
When it becomes no sound, it'll stop immediately.

Request:
Even if it becomes no sound after having begun recording, I'd like to set and extend recording time.
