Setup dialog - allow resizing

A quick and rather trivial suggestion - after using the Windows installer the dialog box comes up with 'important information'. Could this box be made resizeable?
Are you referring to the window that says (in the title bar at the top of the window):
"Welcome to Audacity!"
Which version of Audacity are you using? (Look in "Help menu > About Audacity")
