Can someone HELP Me compile Audacity with ASIO

Post by TheButcher69 » Sat Sep 05, 2015 4:21 am

Can someone HELP me compile Audacity for Windows 8.1 with ASIO. I need to use ASIO for my setup with my E-MU1212m PCI. This is over my head & is the ONLY way I can get my setup to record using more them 2GB of memory.

I find Reaper harder to use & noticed on Cherry Pie by Warrant the guitar part can't be heard during my testing when it's clearly there on the Cd.

See the "Getting Started" yellow panel at the top of Developing On Windows.

Just because Reaper records without glitches under ASIO does not necessarily mean that Audacity will.
