msgfmt.zip offline[SOLVED]

I want to compile audacity on windows with locales, but the msgfmt.zip file mentioned in the compile.txt doc is not there anymore. Anyone know of a replacement?

You're right, it's not there.
I've sent an e-mail to the developers to ask where it is.
