Hello, i'm st beginning for figureing out how to compile audacity with ASIO and widgets......windows will not open any of this.......i;m totaly lost!!

Did you start at the top? Have you installed Visual Studio C++ 2008 Express? Have you installed the correct Windows or Platform SDK? Which version of Windows are you using?
