Hi folks,
2nd Post . A follow on to my previous post on the SoundBlaster Line in recording/ distortion issue.
I copied this post from the Windows section .It describes an issue I am having perfectly
"I am running Audacity 1.3.4-beta ) on a PCLinuxOS 2007 system and am having a heck of a time setting up the mixer to work properly. I have been able to get the input slider to partially work. That is to say, that the slider affects the record level, but doesn't change what is happening on the input level meter. It seems reasonable to me that it should. I have tried it with a PCI Soundblaster. Does anyone know how I can fix this?"
