english not chinese language

I downloaded 1.3.6 and the menu items are in Chinese with some English. I would like them to be all in English. Thank you
To change the language use: Edit>Preferences - Edit is the second command in from top left, then Preferences is the bottom selection in the drop-down list.
Then you need the Interface tab, which is the third one in from the right.
Language is selected from the only drop-down list in the dialogue box - use this to change to English.
