I've been doing file export tests with Gale and the latest build he gave me has most if not all of the Gray Quit problems resolved.

That's great news! I too haven't found any other cases where it occurs.

Thanks for checking it! It's always better to have more ppl looking at something. There are times where I get so deep into something that I completely miss obvious things.

I'm happy to fulfill my position as Worst Case User.

I send my left brain out for a cherry icecream soda and go into right brain production mode. Something "feels funny" or fails just as the left brain is pulling into the driveway and I turn it over to him to document.

It's quite a team.

There is a contributer to the LA Final Cut User Group who said the other day: "I never understand what Koz is talking about."

I have that framed.

I'm painting with words. You get into it and suddenly realize this isn't data transfer. Your left brain recoils in horror and your right-brain springs into action--if you have one. If you don't, the words go into a wasteland with hot dry dust swirling into little devils and an occasional brittle, grayish tumbleweed bouncing by. And then you say, "I never understand anything Koz says."

OK, so now I've got this nice triple-boot Mac test system littered with at least six different daily builds with different solutions and different code. How are you dealing with the test results? I started to blindly install packages on recommendation because I can't keep track of which package is supposed to fix what.

What's next?
