to link in one only file different tracks in mp3

Hi friends! please help me; I have a series of mp3 files concerning a concert. Which steps do I have to do to link these tracks to generate a unique file? after importing the tracks, how to proceed? I think i should select all the files, do I? and then? when I try to do that, the program doesn't consider all the files imported...please help me!!
p.s. please let me have - step by step - all the passages I have to do :(
ibook 14", g4, 1,33MHz processor, 1 gb ram

File > Import > Audio then multiple select the files, not File > Open, Then see:

Then if you want to export the joined files as an MP3, first download and install LAME:

Export is under the FIle menu too. See:
