Last week I upgraded to the latest version as per the Audacity email (Audacity 1.3.14)
I am running a Macbook Pro 11inch with Lion/iCloud etc (10.7.2)
This is the message I get and cannot open Audacity.

Hmmm...... this screenshot ain't displaying properly!
What should I do....can't use audacity at all!
Delete and reinstall???

That's a location on your home machine not an internet address, so we can't see it. If you want to send a picture, use the "Upload Attachment" instructions. Scroll down a little from the forum message entry window.
