Well, I guess it does, but it's useless, because you can't see an 0.1 dB movement of the slider and the tooltip does not update while you're sliding. The slider appears to be 120 pixels long, with a range of 40dB (+/- 20 dB), so the smallest increment you
could see as a change in slider position is 40/120 = 0.33333... dB. You have to move the slider very slowly, or you'll drag off of it and it will stop moving.
Playing with shift-arrow manipulation, it appears that the sliders snap to the nearest integer dB anyway. Select a slider that's at 0 dB. Shift-up-arrow 9 times and there's no visible slider movement. Shift-up-arrow one more time and the slider moves.

Thanks, Bill. That's the same behaviour as on Windows, presumably because there is no guarantee that smaller slider movements could be seen.
Given (unlike Ubuntu) that SHIFT + Up/Down do move the slider to the nearest dB integer after a while, I assume they are actually applying increments less than 1 dB.
You could always check if incrementing a few tenths of a dB from a flattened curve (by either method) has had any effect by moving the mouse off and back to the slider, or looking at Draw Curves to see if an envelope point has appeared.

Yes, shift-arrow moves in increments of 0.1 dB, which I can see by moving the pointer off the slider then back on to see the tooltip. It's the visible movement of the slider I was commenting on.
Similarly, shift-mouse-drag does move the slider in increments of 0.1 dB, but it is hard to control. Letting go the mouse button, moving off and then onto the slider shows the tooltip with increment less than 1 dB. I usually end up with 0.3 or 0.4 dB.
