Finding recording page

I recently switched from PC to Mac 1.3.13 OSX. I downloaded Audacity, but I can't seem to get to the "Recording" page for voice work.
Any suggestions??

There are a number of differences between the two machines. Let's fill out the job. "I'm trying to record my voice using the built-in microphone on my 17" MacBook Pro OS-X 10.6.8 and Audacity 1.3.13."
