launching Audacity on non-admin accounts on Network Home

In 1.3.3 (but not 1.3.2) there were frequent reports that users could not launch Audacity on non-admin accounts on Network Home:

Would any of you be able to try 1.3.5:
http://audacityteam.org/download/beta_mac

and see if you can reproduce any of the above issues. In 1.3.5 the permissions are set to be group writable, and we think this solves most of these problems, but it wants testing for the Network Home issue, including launching from the command line.
