That didn't go well. The Lithuanian Folk Song still won't open. Further, when I tell the complaint panel that I want to see the log, there is no way to dismiss the log. The little coloured balls in the upper left don't work.
There are screen grabs for all the steps.

Thanks Koz.
Please let me see the whole log, but from what I can see from the shots, there is some incorrect translation of the Unicode. The path should be .../win_projects/Det Är VI Ändå/Det Är VI Ändå_data/e00/d00 but in the log it is .../win_projects/Det ér VI éndÜ/Det Är VI Ändå_data/e00/d00 so no surprise it can't find the files. Also the Audacity title bar has "Det ér VI éndÜ". Or has the folder containing "Det Är VI Ändå_data" really become "Det ér VI éndÜ" somwehow?
After getting the "Missing Audio Data Blockfiles" message, did you "close the project" immediately?

Yes. I paused the progress long enough to take pictures and then closed everything. I'll have to roll it again to get the log.

Here's the log. When I OK the Block File message, Audacity half-crashes. It's still running, but there is no operating window and Audacity > Quit is gray. "Right Click" the tool dock icon does work and that closes the program.
